Refund & Return Policy

At Chuff's General Store, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • You must contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any item.

  • Returns received without a valid RA number may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Include clear photos showing both the packaging and the damaged item(s).

  • This helps us process your claim as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • The item arrived damaged, or

    • The wrong item was shipped.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Items that are partially or fully used, damaged, or not returned in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Personalized & Signed Items

Personalized or signed items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged.
